Developer Console
The mimik Developer Console is where you manage your account and get credentials for continuum features.
When You Need a Console Account
A console account is only required for continuum features:
- Account-Based Discovery: Find your devices across networks
- Proximity Discovery: Location-based device discovery
- Cross-device communication via tunneling
Local AI inference does not require an account. You can run models on-device without signing up.
Sign Up
- Go to console.mimik.com
- Click Sign Up to create a free account
- Verify your email address
Create a Project
After signing in:
- Click Create Project
- Enter a project name
- Save the project
Get Your Credentials
From your project settings, you'll need two values for account association:
Client ID
Your project's unique identifier. Found in the project settings page.
Developer ID Token
A token that identifies you as a developer. Generate this from the project settings.
Console Features
- Project management: Create and organize projects
- Credential generation: Get Client ID and Developer ID Token
- Usage analytics: Monitor API usage
